These Tap-Foots are better left alone, as they're flighty and bitey. Reptiles with tails are at least twice as long as they are and prehensile. It's used for boosts in hops and leaps as well as balance. They move around by quickly bouncing on their tiny feet. Large frills are highly reflective. If they're in trouble, they toss up their frill to blind the danger so that they can escape! Tap-Foots live in dry climates, usually a desert or some rocky crags. They make their dens in rocky outcrops or dry roots. They commonly seem to be afraid of water and for good reason. They can't swim worth a darn and will promptly drown in very little water. Scales are usually yellow, orange, brown, or grey in order to blend in with their home. Eat insects and bugs. They can be a maximum of two feet tall, but most are a little bit shorter
