You must have a lot of patience and dedication to rehair all of those. It took me 2 days to rehair a "typical size" Pinkie Pie.

How did you managed to remove the heads from the big ones?
Theyre made of hard plastic unlike other typical rubber pony figures.

First off, unbelievably awesome!
Also, I'd have a couple of questions as well. What did you use for the wings? I suppose it has to be some kind of transparent plastic. Did you also make holes in the largest one's legs? If so, how? How did you get the old hair off and rehaired her? I know how it's done for the others, but not how to the largest one.
I understand if you don't wish to give away your work methods, but I'd appreciate any tips working with my own talking custom.

Yes, the wings were made of transparent plastic. The holes in her legs were drilled, and the hair was removed/added just like with any other pony. I removed her head to do it.

Hmm, the head sits pretty tight. Does it have to be removed before splitting the pony in half?
Was drilling the holes hard? I'm afraid that the plastic might chip.

I did not split her in half. I just pulled it off.

Use boiling water first, it makes the plastic more flexible
