A succubus is a demon or supernatural entity in folklore, in female form, that appears in dreams to seduce men, usually through sexual activity. In modern representations, a succubus is often depicted as a beautiful seductress or enchantress, rather than as demonic or frightening.
Reinterpretation of Capcom's Morrigan. I wanted to split and showcase her with a deceiving form and her true succubus nature.

You never really see Morrigan's demonic side depicted much, especially weird since it's right there in some of her animations.
Succubi weren't female though, demons were thought to be sexless just like angels. They would take the form of something vaguely female, rape a man, then take the form of something vaguely male (incubus) and then impregnate a woman with the semen they stored.
