I might suggest alternating the styles because they all look like viable moods

I kind of like the idea of leaving the rolling cutter as it is, similar to a decorative hair bow.
Have you tried drawing her hair straight (and maybe a little fanned out, kind of like Tron but not really)? Or would that make her look a little too childish?

Hmm...that is a tricky one to do. Personally I think Cut Gal #2 is the best, the upside down rolling cutter on her head looks more naturally of mock up hair for her. Although the glasses from 3 look cute too. Maybe a combo of 2 & 3.
