Well, I stated it in this fact right here: www.deviantart.com/haoroku/artβ¦That Sonic, with the power of the 7 Chaos Emeralds, fights Beerus the Destroyer in Gokus place who'd be interesting on how Sonic utilizes the power of the 7 Emeralds created by Grand Zeno destroying half the original universes.
The battle is akin to the Battle of Gods battle, both movie and anime version and with the same feats of Beerus and Super Sonics clashing blows threatening to destroy the universe until Sonic started match the output of Beerus' blows.
Due to this battle with a powerful God pushing the absolute limits of Sonic and the Super Form, this led to the chaotic energy of the emeralds being absorbed into Sonic, which pushed his power to new heights even when the emeralds left him and the Super Form ran out.
Though he still loses, Sonic still impressed Beerus enough to leave Earth alone but gained interest in training Sonic and Shadow, who also possesses the power of chaos and can use the emeralds.
