There are many rumors as to her origin and to what she actually is. The leading story is as follows.
Deep within the woods of the Cenka Valley lies an old and cursed facility, Mallavenko. It was founded by Thaddeus Malla and Irwin Venko as a research facility to investigate a mysuterious bottomless pit they had discovered. After 20 years the researches all slowly began going mad, forcing them to convert the facility into more of a mental hospital purpose. Over time, Mallavenko's more benevolent intentions twisted into sick and horrid experiments on the patients. Even the gods of the realm began to get upset and disturbed at the occurances within those walls. The large brick and morter structure consisted of the main facility, and 3 wings. Each wing had it's own designated type of research and experimentation. The north wing being the most humane section, acting the most hospital-like and treated people, with rumors of them secretly having additives in the medication. The East Wing was essentially a torture dungeon, where more gruesome and phyiscal experiments took place. The Mid-South Wing was more heavily focused on Magical experiments, and the far south wing were the holding cells and storage of patients and supplies.
A little over 60 years ago, Mallavenko suffered a devastating invasion of monstrosities, from out of the pit, and deep in the woods that surrounded the grounds. This raid ended the hayday of it's sinister operations, causing the main structure to be split, essentially isolated each of the wings, including having the Far-South wing be suspended 300 feet in the air by a tower of raised earth.

Where we turn our focus to is a nurse that we think was named Ami Hoo. Not much is known about Ms Hoo, her age, birthplace, or anything really, files lost to time. Nurse Hoo was documented to have assisted in every wing at some point, and was really good at her job, and seemed to care about her patients. her files indicate she had worked directly under such vile Doctors like Idah Lodenn or Wren Von Kelli. The last file that has been salvaged from the decrepit, but still standing, horrific landmark was that her conscious was getting the better of her and she refused to assist with some especially cruel experimentations on patients. After being scolded by Dr. Yunivaris, she fled out of the facility, after being drug to his private office.
It might be more than coincidence that not long after her disappearance, a horned entity in nurse attire (sometimes in overalls and plaid) began harrassing the facility leading up to the monster raid. Eye witness accounts conflict on many fronts on what they have seen the entity do. from super speeds, to insane durability, shrugging off several arrows to the torso. driving people insane from staring at them too long, teleporting. the stories go on and on... there was one case of a witness claiming to see her such the life out of a body and consume it.

What is fact and what is fiction is indistinguishable at this point, but after the fall of Mallavenko, she has seemingly vanished once more. We may never know who or what the Eternal Nurse is, or if its related to the distraught nurse who was witness to hundreds of atrocities, and perhaps she was subject to some as well.

Word of the wise, While the building still stands to this day, and a small part of the main facility is functional as an actual clinic, it would be best to steer clear of Mallavenko, as most of the horror it created still lies within it's walls....
