Yeah, characters from the Digimon Zone fanverse, based off the Digimon anime. That little dino is BlackAgumon, who is the Digimon partner of Reiji, the black and red haired dude being all ominous and cocky. XD

Ah, my bad, I had her mixed up in my mind with Senko.
Used a watercolory brush and messed with layer settings to get a cool result. Went with a ominous portal look!
