Description One great thing about silk screening is the inevitability of beautiful accidents and experiments. Once you have your stencils your free to experiment, and for me its much more gratifying than hitting buttons in photoshop. I've been keeping stacks of test prints and just laying new stencils and colors over them randomly, the result was a colorful mess that I loved. So I decided to do some small prints using black ink to mask areas. I've got 6 of these, each looks different and includes different colors. Note: the photo is from an Op Art film from 1966, credit goes to the designer William Klein.

awesome. this so makes me want to screenprint. im trying to convince a few of my friends right now to buy a screenprinting thing together.
you should make some shirts aswell.

im loving the colors in this one a lot, and it was a great idea to put the black stencil above it!

thanks, good luck on getting a screen printing setup, its a big initial investment, but after that its cheap to maintain.
I've been working on shirts for the past week, but I haven't gotten to the actual printing yet. My design is 2 colors and I'm trying to figure out a method of registration. I think I'm going to be making bunch of measurements and cutting out cardboard mechanisms that the shirts can lock into. If it works you'll see them soon!
thanks again for the comment.
