Here are some wild guesses:
1. the arm with which she's holding her cigarette is bent (obviously)
2. we get a more complete view of the lamp-stand on the left - we see its wooden leg - in comparison wt the one of the right
3. the shadow cast by the lamp on the right - wich is just natural and cannot count as a break i assume
4. The picture on the wall contrasting with the general atmosphere of the room and subject
The cuts on her dress are symmetrical
...And the break between her legs
The contrast between the warm pieces of wooden furniture and the black leather coach + the metallic lamps.

I'll let you choose. If i haven't spotted any - you'll enlighten me won't you - don't leave in the dark .. lol

To send a light over all borders and boundarys: It ist much simpler!
Look on the table! You will to stumble across two different things (but not by accident). Thats MY break in this symetry, my little chaos in this well-ordered world

The cell phone and the pack of cigarettes - i though about that but they are symmetrically positioned - just that they are two different object The cell phone has a slightly different orientation - it points right to a certain spot. That's all i see.

Smoking while waiting for an 'important' call? Or any othe variants..?

Yep, these two things are different and in a casual position. Anything else is well-ordered, symetrical or brought into its position.
