I admit, the first time I saw the Daleks, back whenΒ I was inΒ I think Grade 6, they scared the crap out of me. Then when the Dalek Invasion of Earth came on, they scared me again, especially The Dalek Supreme.

So this is how their first color scheme was. This is amazing. You actually made them look beautiful. The painting looks flawless. I really need to practice painting in gouache more.
Kinda ironic that they used "cool" colors which contrasted with their rather "hot" temperaments. Guess they were trying to make them look futuristic?

What would look good in black-and-white.Β There are lots of little tricks to making things look good without color. Certain pale green hues convey white better than the color white (odd, but true), yet contrasting colors might turn out monochrome greyΒ (unless they're obvious dark/light contrasts).

Oh wow, I can't tell the difference between the gouache portions and digital portions. Flawless consolidation. The reflective lighting really catches my eye on this particular piece. Wonderful! :]

Ugh, Me and my friends are playing a game and one of them made a dalek as his character. I've messed with it so many times and yet I haven't died.
