You mad an interesting mix here and I love it!
The drawing itself contains a very dramatic yet endearing flare, which is exactly what the goblin king is xD
The shading adds more of that drama and is very well placed. His face is very well done, in resembles both the Goblin King we know as and individual and the genius behind, Bowie.
Its a mix of an impressive realism and definitely a bit on the cartoony side with the way you drew his hair.
