Description
"There's something about college girls" from the movie "Breaking Away".Comparing notes on the college green, her Sociology book nearby, I took this image in 1967, on the campus of Ohio University. My hope was to somehow meet them, yet as a 18 year old I knew I was hopelessly out of my league.
In this time period older fabulous women didn't talk with just anybody. Customs have certainly changed as quickly as how we dress ourselves. I found this negative in my time box from that period and wanted to share with deviant Art. All in all, photography has been very good to me.
Taken with my Zeiss Contarex with a 55mm F1.4 Planar, on Kodak Plus X 135mm panchromatic film.

What a great shot of young women of the day!! It's amazing how styles always make a comeback. The woman on the left has that high hairdo that I hope doesn't make a comeback but think it sadly has!!
