How can I fix the angle of the bone? I can move bones to different positions, but I'm unable to rotate it to the right position so that it can bend the joint the right way

I have placed the comments section on the very bottom at purpose, because I don't like being thanked for the faves. When I add a deviation to my favourites is because I really like that work, being thanked for expressing my opinion is pointless in my humble opinion.
However, it's very weird that it doesn't let you to comment, you should be able to comment after a few time scrolling

Thank you for these tutorials. I'm just starting to get into working with MMD and I've already picked up some really useful info from these, and I've put all of them in a special folder in my favorites for quick reference later.

I'm glad to hear that. It's very satisfying to me being useful to the community. After finishing the last part of this tutorial I'm thinking about make a tutorial of how to export models made in Blender to MMD using the mmd_tools add-on. But that's a lot of work and I'm currently a bit busy working on some other projects. However given the good acceptance of this tutorial I will try to make it possible some day.

I am a software developer, but never heard about RTOS. I'm guessing that the 'OS' part means operating system. I have also some good stories about development, like spending days to find the origin of an error in a PHP web service, it was a typo on a variable name... This happens because PHP doesn't even warn about undefined variables...
Also by the way, one of the several projects that I have in mind is to create an Open Source multi-platform MMD based in OpenGL... But I'm wondering whether is it worth or not, because there is a lot of things to learn: a new programming language (C++, because neither Java or Python seem good options for the task), OpenGL, Bullet Physics... And the problem is that, sadly MMD is not very popular, and within the relatively small MMD community probably the number of people interested on a MMD that could run natively on OS X and Linux is very very low. Of course, the challenge itself would be a good experience but right now I just don't have enough time for it.

Real Time Operating System. Used for embedded devices like cell phones, digital cameras, missiles, Mars rovers, deep space probes, car entertainment systems, routers, switches, microwave ovens, etc.. My job was to teach the programmers and developers from various companies and organizations how to use the OS and its associated development tool suite. Funnest job I've ever had, the places I went and the people I met made all the hours in airports and crammed into an airplane seat without enough leg room worth it.
I for one would be ecstatic if MMD could run native on Linux, My primary system, that I'm using to type this, is a Debian 64bit install. I use it for everything except for three games and MMD, and the games will run on Linux using WINE but I've been putting off setting it all up since it will mean a full upgrade of the OS so I can use the newer version of WINE needed for the games. Counting making a backup and all the customizations I would need to redo it is a multiday effort. However once thats done the only reason I will have to keep a MS Windwos system in the house will be for MMD. Worth it but I always feel a little hypocritical when I tell people they should move away from Windwos but can't get free of it myself. But as you say, the current demand is very small and doing the MMD port would be a #$@% load of work but would be a real challenge.
I suspect (hope) that as Windwos 10 continues to alienate people there will be greater interest in a GNU/Linux or OSX port of programs like MMD and related software applications. And my games of course, though I somehow doubt there will ever be Linux port of Halo 1 and 2 for the PC .

"I suspect (hope) that as Windwos 10 continues to alienate people"
Actually Microsoft is trying to attract developers to the OS by introducing an official bash . They already have me very hyped with it and probably they got many other devs too.
I also have been considering to move to Linux, I actually have a dual-boot with Ubuntu and I use it for developing purposes, sadly I have a greater game catalogue so I will always be dependent to Windows for the purpose of gaming (And I hope I will be able to keep my interest on gaming my entire life, because there is more than just "games for kids", there are some very awesome pieces of art out there like Dark Souls). But I hope eventually I will be able to stay on Ubuntu most of the time and just boot to Windows for playing but, right now Windows takes very long to boot and start up all the programs.
In a few moments I will post the last part of this tutorial and at the same time I will start a poll (using an external service since I'm not premium) to ask people whether they would like a multi-platform MMD alongside some other questions. If you like, you should fill it, because I would like to hear your voice.

To me Microsoft's efforts lately seem to have that faint smell of growing desperation. The stealth upgrade attempts to install W-10 over older versions of Windowos, the less than stellar sales of new machines with 10 on them, their recent policy shifts on Linux and OSS support, and adding a classic *NIX bash shell among many other things points to some big shifts to their long range plans. I haven't heard much about MS's bash implementation so I can't really critique it but given MS's history I'm not expecting much. The thing about the bash shell is its just that, a shell, its real power comes from what you can do in it, in *NIX you have all the utility apps to build powerful and flexible scripts, you can access devices at hardware level, alter system level settings, manipulate the files and directory system at "God like" levels (ars.userfriendly.org/cartoons/… ). Will you ba able to do that in a MS bash shell? I don't know, but I am doubtfull given how many abstraction layers Windwos has put between any command shell and the hardware and file system in the past.
My gaming system is faster, has more RAM and a better GPU than my Linux system but performance wise the Linux box beats the Windows box hands down. And that is after I've done everything I can find to tweak Windows to best performance while leaving Linux with defaults on most things, I did shorten the GRUB boot delay a little but other than that ...
I think if there is real interest by enough companies to get away from Windows the WINE project will get the support it needs to really be effective. I've heard some rumors that some commercial companies are already starting to test their application code with WINE, and have been giving feed back to the WINE devs to improve compatability, because they don't think MS is going to remain the dominant player in the OS market in the long term.
Time will tell.
I'll do the poll if I can, I've been out of the IT field for several years so my views/opinions might be a bit out of date but I'm glad to help.
