Description this is a gift for who wanted an eevee looking up at them and I guess since she wanted me to draw an eevee...but this is mostly for missmybcmiyuki
well, I was experimenting once again with GIMP and tried making a wacky background this time! and I think I'm getting better at it too! well, click that fav. button please!
ps. I tried to make a white glow around eevee but I failed drastically so I gave up. If anyone knows how to do a white outline/glow around something on GIMP, please let me know! thank you!
