Thank you mate! Yes I have to reduce the detail or the components become impossible to work with. Thing is, human scale details get lost on half kilometer ships anyway. This is stuff I'm working on for an ebook I plan to publish so I will probably make two versions of components like the gun turrets. One for ship mounting and one heavily detailed version for closeups. We'll see. Thanks for liking it though.

I ended up doing that with my antigrav racer. A "hero" model with lots of detail, and one that can be used for distance shots. It's the nature of the beast, I guess. We use all of our resources no matter how small or large they are.
