These are the final shots of our photoshoot from Ikkicon 2010-11.

Before anyone says a thing about me wearing lipstick, I know in the manga, and anime he does not. HOWEVER, Yana (The creator) said herself that she knew he would wear it. Because of his want to be a woman she knows he would wear lipstick along with his other makeup. SO, I am following the ARTIST'S wishes. and I think It looks awesome. If you don't, you don't have to comment.
Besides, My Madam Red Agrees with me.

Kuro was a very fun way to bring in the new year. We LARP'ed for a looong time after each con, well into the morning, got up early and did it again.

Grell was a very fun and complex character to get into, he can be so many emotions at once your head can start hurting.
Since there was no set path of his previous life before he died and became a Shinigami, I, along with , Day , and was able to create past lives for all of the shinigami, and explain how they became what they are now, and why it is they act the way they do.

We now understand out characters very well and it creates more depth of emotion when ever we cosplay them.
