The Battle of Trafalgar (21 October 1805) was a sea battle fought between the British Royal Navy and the combined fleets of the French Navy and Spanish Navy, during the War of the Third Coalition (AugustβDecember 1805) of the Napoleonic Wars (1803β1815).The battle was the most decisive British naval victory of the war. Twenty-seven British ships of the line led by Admiral Lord Nelson aboard HMS Victory defeated thirty-three French and Spanish ships of the line under French Admiral Pierre Villeneuve off the south-west coast of Spain, just west of Cape Trafalgar. The Franco-Spanish fleet lost twenty-two ships, without a single British vessel being lost.

Horatio Nelson was shot by a French sniper during the battle and died of wound some hours later, ending his career with 6/11 battles won and 4/4 wars lost (US Revolutionary War: lost, War of the 1st coalition: lost, War of the 2nd coalition: lost and War of the 3rd coalition: lost).
Yet he is considered the greatest British Admiral that ever lived.

HMS Victory still exists, it is currently in the Portsmouth dockyard in England and can be visited

Really? I hope this was said tongue in cheek, the Constitution was a fine ship for chasing down and sinking frigates, but the Victory is another ship entirely. It has more 32 pounders than the constitution has guns, thicker (Oak) planking. Sure the C could possibly get one raking broadside in, but after that the Victory could easily turn about and give the C "What For". It's like comparing the USS Fletcher with the HMS Warspite, sure one is shinier, but one is going to win quite easily in a slug out.

But the consitution can out turn the victory esally. as long as the Consitution does not get on the side of the victory and is out of range of the 32 pounders. But a sniper on the consitution can fix that esally. Just snip nelson and the crew on the victory will break.

All The crew of the Victory need to do is force the Constitution to turn into the wind, something that is quite easy to do if your foe is trying to avoid you and sink you at the same time. As for the crew breaking, I guess thats why the British lost Trafalgar?

They won tradalgar because of the inexperence of the french admral and the lack of the same stuff for the french and spanish fleet.

They never fought at Tradalgar, In fact I can't recall any major or minor Naval action there. As for lack of same stuff, to whit do you refer to? the Spanish and French Had larger ships, and more of them. Some British ships had been at sea for over four months, and were running low on supplies.
As for the experience of the Admirals, The French Admiral had some 7 years experience of command, and had been sailing since the 1870's, he fought Nelson on the Nile (Commanding the Rear Guard). He certainly wasn't a fresh faced child.

Ah. But a poor choice of tatics used there caused him defeat. And the inexprence of the crew on the ships did not help them eather.

Poor choice of Tactics? they had a whole hour with which they could bombard the British at their leisure, whilst crossing the British T, there is quite literally no better position to be in! The crews were inexperienced, but they were still trained.
Perhaps a better example is the Battle of Cape Vincent, where 15 British Ships of the Line took on 27 Spanish Ships of the Line and won handily, losing no ships.
Technically the Constitution is an agile Fourth Rate ship of the Line (If we are using guns to determine rating, and apporx size), I have no hesitation in saying that it could quite easily defeat any 5th or 6th rates it encountered, as well as any fourth rates, 3rd, 2nd and 1st rates however are far out of it's league. This is backed by Orders sent to the captain and captains of British Ships. Issac Hull was told by his superiors to avoid engaging Any "True" ships of the Line, this refers to 3rd rates and above, while British Ships were told to only engage the USS Constitution if outnumbering her or in the company of 3rd rates and above.

True the Consitution can single handlly flatten any forth rate and below in a one on one fight. But If Issac Hull plays his cards right and has a bit of luck he can take down a thrid rate at least in a one on one fight. So the british fear the Consitution that much that they would try to use eather numbers or 3rd rates and beyond. Perfect. But If Issac had to engage any 3rd rate and beyond including the victory it would only be eather inself defence or forced to fight one.
