Description Some blood blood blood and a severed head in a helmet. You know, the usual, so don't be alarmed. There are even cute birdies to even it all out~

It is a drawing I drew traditionally with pencil, scanned and then coloured in SAI.

Such a moving and expressive piece, it would seem that even the birds eulogize over it. And the gray complexion captures the very gravity of the event. Beautiful work!

The contrast of grim battle slaugher and death with the birds and plants is great. The sword is a bit too high fantasy for my taste but I love this one. Wish I could color so softly and realistic^^

Thank you for the wonderful comment! It is kind of old, but I really like this picture and how it turned out and am glad you like it too! Though I do agree with you about the sword. The hilt is way too wonky, but eh. Better next time~

Hmmmm.. the composition needs more something that actually is ALIVE... like freaking plants... Wheat sounds easy enough... *after scribbling a bunch of them* ...let's add few more here.. here and here.. one more there...one more... let's put another.. a corn here and a corn there... a few there will look better... just one more here... and then the colouring: I SEE A RAINBOW!
