Yeah! I mean, it's fan-made and all, but hey, at least the best series ever's being continued <3 Also it's going to be a free download too if you were wondering :') They've said they want no money for it at all

Aw really? I mean that's still cool, but I thought for a second that it was going to be an official game.

I mean it's okay though, it would have been hard to get the game an English release anyway considering that th third game was never officially translated if I remember correctly.

Well it's good to know that the games have such a dedicted fancase that someone was actually willing to make the sequel for them. XD

EIther way it sounds pretty exciting!

Yeah sadly, I mean, Itoi already confirmed that the Mother series is officially ended as a trilogy. Not cancelled or nothing, but he felt the stories he wanted to tell were all perfect in those 3 games and Mother 3 really does close that series off utterly perfectly in my opinion  

True, although at this point Nintendo acknowledges how big the Mother fanbase has gotten and I'd actually expect an English release  Although the lack of Mother 3 on the eshop hurts me deeply  

The Mother fanbase will always feel like the most friendly and welcoming fanbase to me, so many talented people just willing to make Mother stuff here and there or use inspirations for their personal works, it just makes me so happy to be a part of it all :') I feel like if it weren't for those games and the fanbase, I wouldn't have the motivation to continue my work here and make artwork for everyone  (Sorry for the rambling lmao, I just really love this series to death  )

That reminds me I just recently downloaded a rom of the original game so now I can finally experience the cult classic game everyone's been talking about.

When you say "original game" do you mean Mother 1? O.O If so... goooood luck, the random encounters in that game are balls to the wall xD But if you mean Mother 2 (Earthbound) I hope you have a ton of fun! And don't feel bad for ever consulting a guide, the beginning of the game can not only be confusing but also difficult, but by the time you hit at very least Twoson, you'll have an incredible time

Yeah it's the Earthbound we Americans are familiar with, and yes I'm still stuck at Onett but I'm taking my time laughing at all of the weird quirky dialogue from all of the NPCs.

"we Americans are familiar with" Oh how I envy you, great free ones      Ehh, at least I bought an American SNES so I can one day experience the original too :') Ahh theres tons of great dialogue to come, I cannot wait to see your reaction to Saturn Valley    Keep me posted on your progress, man and don't think twice about coming to me for any help along the way

I'm expecting it to be wacky as can be   I'm just so curious on what they could do for the story, I'm hoping it's gonna be great
