I an so, so satisfied with this. It's beyond what I even expected, and mind you, I expected something lovely. You completely surpassed my expectations and I'm in total awe with him!
You really captured him and the watercolor sort of coloring you do that I ADORE. It just totally embraced his design in such a fantastic way and I'm so pleased and in love with this piece.
I don't like commissioning art of Jericho's shar pei design because its REALLY hit or miss and he's just too personal so its weird when he's not captured properly but I just knew your art would be flawless for him / his character and Im endlessly estatic that I had the chance to commission you.
Overall I'm extremely EXTREMELY happy and you totally went above and beyond.
His ear nick and his bandana are my absolute favorite features btw!!!! I also ADORE the shading on his back legs, I want to just reach out and touch it ugh ugh ugh

I am so excited to hear that from you! especially that you're happy with how he turned out and that it fit what you were looking for! he's a super interesting character, especially how his face and wrinkles line work looked, and it was challenging but the fun sort of challenging that I really enjoyed in working with him.
the second piece is in laying down position I wasn't familiar with so i spent some extra time studying different pictures, but it's almost about done and in a different watercolor coloring style than this one but I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out. so I'll post that today or tomorrow for you!
