Description So, in Pokemon Diamond, while waiting for the grass to grow I decide to fight some NPCs that I somehow neglected to battle the first time around.

This is literally what I got.

...

I found another NPC, that I forgot to battle, named Ariel... just as I happened to be watching The Little Mermaid. Coincidence?

[Oh yeah, I still have your oddly named Medichams and Bronzors, Beanachu!]

Oh man, I'm too familiar with that. That happens to me as well whenever I accidentally talk to someone while searching for hidden items and training baby Pokemon. Lesson learned for me the hard way! From then on, I always brought a Pokemon that at least Level 70 of higher whenever I train the babies.

My words for the comic, that made me laugh when it made me remember the things I mentioned earlier. Heh heh heh... Nice one.

Lol so you were on the opposite end! I'm the one who kills everything with a max-levelled party. <_<

Well, I usually train about three or four baby Pokemon (in my Diamond) in each step for Effort Values (EVs) and such. I usually like to switch them so that way they won't get too much EXP after each battle. I also name them in order to distinguish them apart, since I sometimes train two of the same pokemon (two Pichus, etc.)

The Level 70 or higher Pokemon I tend to keep around is my Banette, she has Frisk as an ability, which is great for obtaining items from wild Pokemon (and sometimes from Trainers) without having to waste my PP. The other Pokemon I tend to keep around is my Murkrow so I can use Fly to move around Sinnoh.

I used to be addicted to training Pokemon in the past, but since I now have a little over 100 Pokemon that are already at Level 100 (I use them for PBR Wi-Fi battles, all were trained within a two year period), I haven't played the game in a while...

Sorry if my reply's long, I usually have to explain everything or else people won't understand what I'm saying most of the time.

I EV train one at a time since you get the most out of EXP Share that way. I used to have Fly equipped onto my Togekiss but now I just use Mew as an HM slave. I love spamming Frisk when I'm bored, too. Especially on Chanseys. X3

You gotta love Lucky Eggs, the ability Compound Eyes work great on those, too.

I don't know exactly to EV train a Pokemon properly, but I only use the Pokemon just for some competitive fun in PBR Wi-Fi and not for winning.

I usually use unique ones, I mean, who else doesn't bother using an Exploud (I named her Piper) and an Ariados (my mom named her Arachabee) in the same team?

I can't EV train properly either. I don't do competitive battling so I just train to satisfy myself and the fact that I don't die nearly as quickly as I used to. My party also doesn't have much thought put into it and is pretty reflective of my personal tastes since I never use any legendaries or incredibly ugly Pokemon. <_<

I can't agree with you more on that. I usually train Pokemon the same way as you do, just for fun, nothing else.

That's horrible and hilarious at the same time. I love it. XD

(...though I probably shouldn't talk. Charizard hasn't exactly been nice to caterpies.)

Lol seriously? Charizard obliterating Caterpies is totally worse than my Espeon eating a Pichu. Those 2 don't have like a 10 foot size difference (and Caterpie knows more or less nothing other than Tackle and String-Shot). XP
