Guys, desu is actually a verb. So in English
"Attack on Titan is so kawaii desu!!"
Would be
"Attack on Titan is so it's cute!" Or something along those lines.

Desu kinda means "is" but most wapanese speakers usually throw the word as if it was a verbal tic.

No, okay, i was wrong. I found it:
Kawaii desu
Now that means first of all "cute". Desu is nothing less than "to be". Now who is meant by that? Nobody can say unless you know the conversation. For example (looking at a dog) "KAWAII DESU" means of course the dog is cute.
So basically it means cute. It depends on the context who is meant by that. It doesnt mean necessarily "you".
