I have become very frustrated with dA's lack of text space for titling...

The full title should be Groovie Mann aka Frank Nardiello of My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult.
I finished him some time ago but have only found time to post him now. I don't even have time to post it now, either.
This project has a little bit of frustration with its history. I had planned time and time again to travel to some distant city to see My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, which is the initial basis of this piece's creation. First it was Vancouver, then it was Seattle, then it was Vancouver again, then Las Vegas... Amongst the bullshit I have STILL not been able to see them let alone my first glorious introduction to them in October 2004 when they opened for Ministry.
All this aside, I think I have left myself with a beautiful new Sculpture. What you'll love most is what I love most: that sexy, staggering-over-the-microphone-rockstar-pose. Don't even ask if this was hard to achieve with an 11cm tall Sculpture, because YES IT WAS! To follow up this topic, the addition of the fully structured microphone is also an achievement I'm quite proud of. Creating the proper contour of Frank-to-Mic sizing was quite tricky.
His facial construcion was quite challenging. Frank has a very classically masculine facial structure, a type that has always been so easy it's hard to make. The tiny trinkets I'll point out are:
Lots of rings, 2 belts, and many, many necklaces. Little subtlties like these are always a gas for me.

Anyway, many of you probably don't know who this man is, so go look him up. They have a website, a myspace and a whole following of groupies just like every other band in the scene. Only difference is, Thrill Kill Kult kicks everyone's ass!
