I could see this fight going either way, actually.
The Andromeda and the Cube are similarly built in that the entire outer frame including the battle blades on the Glorious Heritage class (at least according to one of the Wikias and I can totally see this being the case) are meant to be damaged so that the main structure can survive. And yeah, Andromeda's kinetic missiles would be one of the few things the Borg can't adapt to but I suspect that's why cubes and spheres are as huge as they are; you could chop pieces off the thing for days and it would still be able to shoot at you. Even in a boarding fight it'd be hard to tell because everyone and everything in the Andromeda Universe has nanotech already in it. If it came to a fight of attrition- and I think it might- the Borg would win just by virtue of being bigger.

Yeah, I actually do!
Although I'd love to see them side by side, for perspective...

IIRC, most of Andromeda's weapons are simply kinetic projectiles which move REALLY goddamn fast.
In that case the Borg are screwed - they don't deal very well with kinetic energy...

It's about time the Borg come up against someone who could whip their butts in seconds, beside 8472.
So you like the pic?

They Borg Cube and the Glorious Heritage-class look odd next to each other.
The Andromeda is a graceful ship and one of sci-fi's greatest designs, while the Cube is all function and no style.
