Hey everyone!Soo....this is actually an older painting I did back in 2008(... I think at the beginning of December). It was a christmas present for Pete and I had SO much fun with painting him and his dog. Probably the most fun I've EVER had with a painting.
And of course sorry for the quality. I couldn't scan it in before sending it off to him because my scanner was broken at that time and I was in a bit of a hurry to post it. I got the picture you guys see now just a couple of hours ago ,so this is how it really looks on his wall. I'm just glad he liked it! It was pretty sweet of him to actually buy a frame for it and send me the picture of how it looks in his home. Thanks!

Btw: I do have a "fresh" painting finished but it's waaaay too big for my scanner. I'll try to figure something out and hopefully I can show it to you all soon.

if you scan it in pieces and overlap the edges a bit i could put it together in photoshop for you...how big is it?
this is amazing. you have such lovely portrait skills. it's so funny (did you do this on purpose?) i can see dog eyes/snout shape in the blue background too. trippy.

I actually found a decent photo or even a scan of the dog picture a few minutes ago. Damn. It was up on Myspace the whole time. But for some reason I still like the lower quality photo better. Portraits should be looked at from a certain distance ,I guess.
And I never realized that it looked funny.
Thanks for the help. I kinda know I could manage to do that myself but it's too much of a hassle. We'll see, maybe tomorrow I can pull myself together and scan it.

no no! i hope you dont misinterpret what i meant. the picture doesnt look funny...i thought my brain was funny for seeing the extra face. it looks like a person you care a lot about.
right? scanning can be such a hassle <3 i like putting things together i used to do it for my friend who was paying someone else. pfft. PAYING.
