Description

Poison dart Poliwag and Poliwhirl, with a new evolution because I didn't feel like doing both Poliwrath and Politoed. These variants are more sedentary, stewing in their toxins as they sit among the leaf litter. By the time Poliwhirl evolves into Poliwrash, it's so lethargic that it rarely moves at all, attacking with a leafy blowgun loaded with its own toxic spit.

You might be able to argue the point for Poliwrash being part grass type, but I'd say that since the plants aren't attached to it and merely serve as a vessel for its internal poison, it still checks out.
