I like 2-D x Noodle, but only when Noodle is older.
Android Noodle does share some of Noodle's DNA so the pairing is not that different.

Oh yes, I've read all three of those, and I've definitely read Working the Machine because I'm the author, delicious.noodle! I didn't think Synthetic was really about 2D seeking comfort from the cyborg, but Do It definitely was.

Synthetic is not really about comfort. But in the story 2-D fantasized about android Noodle being the real Noodle. (So thats the reason)
