“Tara was the twelfth queen of Mewni. Tara wasn’t born the same way other queens were. She was pulled out of her mother in the way a millhorse is born. When Morticia had her baby, she melted into regular magic. Since she had passed over magic energy into her daughter, it was enough magic energy to cause her to dissipate, not able to have enough energy to survive as a being. Because of the loss of her mother, Tara was raised by her father and the magic high commission. Tara was a fortune teller, and an accurate one at that. She was also the kingdom’s living weather forecast. She’d get these fortunes by reading stars and using her magic and was a big inspiration for Celena, who’d come after her hundreds of years later. The kingdom was very split in views of her, as whenever she read a bad fortune the kingdom would be disappointed but rejoiced at a positive one. However despite this she was very positive and reminded her kingdom it wasn’t too late to change your future as everyone is in charge of their own futures. Tara was the original creator of the aerole signs. Her work was later destroyed along with the book. However she made an extra copy and made sure to put it in the queens library, where celena found it during her reign.”

DESIGN;
her cheekmarks also came from the A Spell With No Name episode as it appears on one of the doors. Her vibe and outfit is almost entirely based on Rosalina from Mario Galaxy. her design and wand is also based on another queen i had made for a separate au. Her title is inspired by the oracle track from the owl house and she’s also inspired by Celena. Being part demon and very interested in witchcraft.
