Subtitle: Fire and Ice.Contest entry for the 2007 IchiRuki LJ Comm contest.
I drew and colored Ichigo and Rukia with watercolor pencils and Copics, the background and composition with Photoshop filters; but since I manually manipulated the filters so much, I call traditional.:3
...I'm sure Ichigo's got a flame attack somewhere in that bankai arsenal of his.

This drawing is full of awesomeness that I just couldn't express my feelings for it. First of all, the idea. Oh man, Kubo, let them fight together so we can witness the awesomeness of them both like in this drawing <3 I love the poses and the way you've made the fire and ice, it just blends so well together! I didn't even know it was traditional so I admire that even more
Ichigo looks awesome. Really, I think he'd be happy fighting alongside with Rukia and you've made his expression so well <3
Rukia, oh Rukia, why must you be so beautiful? You've drawn her really really nice, I like how her pose is backwards from us! And the way she's holding her sword, no frickin way. That's just....AWESOME XD
Uhm, to sum it up I just really love this pic. If I could fav it more than once I'd do that...totally
