I don't know what it is but I really like this shot. I think it has something to do with the water droplets being barely visible. Very good shot.

It looks like a picture, drawn and coloured rather than a picture.
Which is amazing when I think about how realistic some people can draw, if a photograph can look like a drawing.
A lot of people in the comments are saying how it creates a moody atmosphere, but to me it looks almost sad. The rain's falling, it's quite dim, I can imagine everyone walking quite slow and so it creates a slow and sad atmosphere rather than a moody one. I can see where they're coming from though.
Overall it's a really nice picture ^^
