Hey hey, Wonderful job here on this Rayquaza! ^^ That's a really nice background too, I don't think I could pull something like that off XD The shading and highlights are really good, awesome color choice too by the way, and you did pretty good on his body e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> I do think the hands look a bit interesting though. The fingers look a bit big compared to the other hand. also, the horns on the sides of its face should be a little smaller than the ones on top X3 Your coloring style is really good, I like it e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Gosh, those clouds, I love them! The shading is epic and the lightning looks just gorgeous 8D Super well done picture of Rayquaza ^^

Dang, that's intimidating.  The lighting is great looking and the dark/purple clouds look fantastic.  I have to agree with the description, Rayquaza does equal Epicness in this.

One day Rayquaza was just chillin with a can of beer when some rather mean Latios snatched it from his grip and sped off. Rayquaza was rather displeased by losing his precious can of beer that he proceeded to rage and make bolts of lighting streak through the sky. However, a nearby artist marveled at Rayquaza's awesomeness was able to portrait him in all his epicness.
