Description
A Southwest US/Mexico region needs a chupacabra pokemon and eeveelutions tend to represent the regions they're from, so why not combine them? I wanted the face markings to resemble both war paint and a thief's mask since chupacabra are known for stealing livestock from farms and eating them. There's different accounts on what a chupacabra looks like, sometimes hairless and other times with hair, so I mixed it up a bit here.

Chupaceon's saliva contains a blood thinner that makes wounds take longer to heal. Under it's fluff lies small toxic spikes that secrete venom. You must gain it's trust before you think about petting or playing with it. If it trusts you, it will retract it's spikes when you pet it.

Chupaceon enjoy chasing around gogoats and wooloos because their speed gives it a nice challenge. It also likes to gnaw of gogoat's leaves and wooloo's fluff.
