Description FULL VIEW PLEASE!!!

The general purpose of this piece is really to test a rain tutorial I found at a site with tutorials for Photoshop etc.
A really useful site that is a gem for absoulute novices like myself! Go and check it out!! [link]

the figure started out as a sketch, scanned , cleaned up and coloured in MS paint. It was intended to be a simple peice to test this tutorial out on, (it STARTED simple, honest!), but the more I coloured it, the more little details began to creep in, so... anyway the rain and background was done in Paint shop pro. I’m not sure if I pulled it off, but I’ll leave that for you to decide. By all means, give me any advice in doing rain scenes!

Oh by the way, thank you Mirage-leopard
For helping me with my soggy paper! I’m not sure if I pulled that off either, but I think I’ll draw you a gift to say thanks, at some point..

I kinda like the person in this picture, and I might develop her into some kind of character I shall have to see...

...who knows what her purpose is? what is that in her hand? and why, is she all alone in the rain?

AGGH! I'M RAMBLING! QUICK! SOMEONE STOP ME!!

Oh wow! You've done an amazing job on this picture! You always amaze me with your electrifying art. I like how you did the water hanging off of her clothes and ear, and wet hair, and the pose! Nice job on the soggy paper too. ^_^ It looks as if she's kinda lost, and is looking for shelter from the pounding rain....or as my aunt would say, "It's raining cows!" I just love the shininess of this picture.

lol I've been using the adjective "electrifying" ever since I saw it on my mom's magazine. I thought that your piece of art deserved the word, so I added it to the list. You're very welcome. ^_^

Aww, that's so nice of you!
