Part 1 of my Art Raffle prizes! This one is for

I didn't actually generate her number in the raffle, but for some strange reason, I really really liked Cynthia when I saw her, so I decided to do one full coloured chibi for practice! (The two winners of the raffle will get a non-shaded chibi)

I drew this in an art block when everything didn't look right T_T I also sketched this digitally instead of on paper before scanning it in, so I'm rather proud of myself! I'm trying to sketch digitally more efficiently.
