Build: Athletic and tall, with most of her strength situated upon her shoulders. Was quite wiry and runty when born, but has filled out in to a body which seems a little bit too big for her. Prone to tripping over her own feet and getting tangled up in things.

Accessories: Has not earned her harness yet. Her collar is decorated with the skull of a gyrfalcon-like bird, signifying the completion of her first trial. There are also raptor claws to accent it.

The hunters of the Ikkuma tribe had never seen a beast as aggressive as the bear-like, gold-coated creature that assailed them that day; it was monstrous in size and temperament, likely a creature which had been without food for quite some time. The wandering hunters had found a ruined sled and had set up camp around it, intent on picking away what valuables they could (ranging from the gear still loaded on the sled to the leather strips, and even the half frozen dog carcasses, if they could find them). But while they attended to this find, it was as if the discarded sled was a trap laying in wait for them. The gold beast targeted the smallest dogs first. It came quickly, with the intent of dragging away whatever it got its jaws clamped to. But the dogs of the Ikkuma were too skilled themselves; they were well-bred and well-trained to deal with this singular threat. For three nights this wild dog harassed the camp, doing little damage but also receiving little in turn. On the third night, one of the Ikkuma dogs gave in to exhaustion. It was a young bitch, fresh out of its own trials. What determination the girl held was matched by the dog's own, and eventually overwhelmed by it. When the dog got a hold of her, the Ikkuma tribesmen were preparing to leave. They had taken what they wished, and the loss of one dog was a good trade. To them this bitch was a weakling, and was no longer worthy of their attention. So they headed back to the main camp, telling the tale of this golden dog and its tireless assault. It was an amusing story, for the most part. A dog which could not be bested - it must have been one of their own, wandering the wilds, gone rogue during its trials or some such thing.

It was with great surprise when the bitch that was left behind, turned up at camp. It had been a week, give or take a few days - and while she was bloody and wounded, her determination to live and to serve her masters had been proven. She was welcomed back, praised in the limited manner that Ikkuma praised their dogs; months passed, and it became very obvious that the bitch had been assaulted in more than one manner by the golden wild thing. She gave birth a few months after her return to a litter of pups, each emblazoned with gold. The elders were confused by this, but treated these pups as they would any other dog. They were raised as any Ikkuma dog was to be raised; then, when old enough, they were tested and tried for their obedience. It was a harsh life from the very beginning - and one by one, the pups fell to the harsh reality that was their life. Save for three. Two boys and one girl. The boys worked their way through their own trials and became esteemed members of the tribe. They expressed some hostility in the process, but none more-so than the lone female.

Tali passed her trials, but failed to bond with any tribesman (or woman). At seven months of age, her time is almost up - but perhaps she too will leave behind the tribe to live among the wilderness, just like her savage father.
