I remember that back when I came up with Windy Belle's name some people thought the name was weird and others even thought it was lame. Welp, for those who wondered why it was that specific name it's because of her beauty.
Windy Belle has a natural beauty and charming appeal that she doesn't see nor realizes, but it's clear for everyone who ever lays eyes on her (specially Starchaser~ ; P). And it's safe to declare that quite a few people, both boys and girls, have got at least a tiny bit crush on her the first time they saw her. ;D
Edit: this pairing has been official since a few months ago, for those who didn't know already~ (my bad for not making a clear statement of it with a drawing, just did for my tumblr page, whoops!)

When Windy Belle was first introduced I thought her name was referencing how [pretty] girls with long hair are often photographed/filmed with the wind blowing through it. Her thing about keeping her hair long kinda made that my head cannon.
