But seriously, LOOK AT THIS. This is probably THE BEST fanart I've EVER done and it's my BOYS!!!

I have worked on this on-and-off for almost a MONTH and I am SOOOOO happy with the result.

*deep breath*

Ok, now about the picture:

This is actually kind of a request from my Ninjago buddy on Pintrest (you know who you are ) for a group hug and, while it's not exactly what she asked for, I hope she likes it!

They're all in a simplified version of their elemental robes.

I sketched out all five of them before I decided on details.
Lloyd was done first and was reasonably easy
Cole I had to erase and re-draw because he was too short (but I love how he turned out)
Jay was the same only he was too tall. His face was also REALLY ANNOYING THE WHOLE TIME I WAS WORKING ON THIS (I only got it right about two days ago and am still not really happy with it).
Zane I did last because I thought he would be the hardest (but was actually kinda easy)
and Kai,

Have any of you seen that post where someone spent three hours watching Ninjago trying to find a goofy picture of him but everywhere they paused it he looked perfect?

Well that's what happened.
I sketched him out and he looked PERFECT.

Position
Face
Even his HAIR was perfect!!!
THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN.
But it did.
All I did was add detail, make the lines darker, and erase the extra marks.

So, yah. Kai's my favorite in this.
