Now, a lot of artists draw (among other things) beautiful females. Some are even good at that.
You're not just good at it. You CARE. You draw PEOPLE, not just churned-out pin-ups.
This picture is very evocative. Her smile, her pose, the moonlight...I can imagine myself there in front of her, and that's quite an experience.

<3 As a ballet nerd, I am quite pleased and impressed because I feel like you did a great job with the rules governing posture/alignment.
Feet are not sickled or winging, hands are appropriate, space between head and right arm, wrist is below elbow which is below shoulder, head tilt is good. It's not exactly a standardized position to my knowledge, but it's not making any major faux pas.
Did you have a model, have to do research, or do you just *really* know your stuff?
And the other elements of your art are glorious, as always! The color and the lighting are especially fun here, with a bright dress by moonlight, and the flowing of her hair definitely conveys a sense of motion. <3
