Description After all those WIP's I don't think there's anything to say... Final step: Do everything else!! lol.

Everyone please take a look at the reference pic here [link] (#31) before giving any criticisms I don't want to explain why her eyebrows are whatever color they are or anything

Edit: Is everybody else just seeing an x in small view? Full view shows alright at least...

Very nice. I hope you don't mind some harshness, though... The style of the eyes does not fit the rest of the pic. They're too intense. And I know that's Galadriel's way, but I'm not sure if it works here. Nonetheless, I like it.

I think eyes are the most interesting part of a portrait. And the trick for doing them well (as with everything else) is detail. I find that if I stop when I think I'm done, it turns out I could have made it ten times better if I added several more layers Still haven't captured the trick of making eyes look liquid, for lack of a better term. I'll be working on it

Half those comments are mine, lol! The scan's a little light, but I didn't want to make her too dark. Galadriel is supposed to be luminous after all Thank you very much!

That's one scary big gorgeous skill at drawing. Ooh, I'm all excited - when I opened your page my eyeballs nearly fell out, let me go have a look at all your other pics!

(If you liked my LOTR stuff, you should go see 'foreverdelayed' - dunno if that has underscores or not, but his work's on my favourites list, check it out! Methinks maybe some of yours is going right along side it there..... gonna look at it all out and pick one. My favourites list is for only the top stuff. I'm critical. Not that Galadriel here is perfect, like someone said the hair shading etc.... dunno, but there's some exactness in the draughting that more than makes up........ hooray! See ya then.)
