Name: Flighteon- the winged pokemonType: flying
Height: 2"8'
Bio: They say if you treat your eevee with the outmost respect it'll be able to evolve into something pure, known as flighteon. The jewel that is in the front is used to guide or aid others as it shines, their are other mysteries that are over about the jewel.

So yeah this is for 's contest. We had to make up another elemental form of Eevee, so I gave it a shot. I do not ask for crits on this since I didn't do my best, it was just a way to get my mind off of things and that I didn't put too much effort into this. Hope you do like though. X3

How did you do it? (I want my Windeon look better but I donΒ΄t know how to edit it on the Computer with just Paint and Irfan View)

If you have windows go to this site paint.net it has a program that is similar to Photoshop- I can't use it since mine is a mac computer but here you are [link] - and can't say which kind but really it works- it may get confusing if you have any trouble in layers. I would explain on how I did it- but I drew it on oekaki on this site. [link] try using the program your computer should allow to use it- no download/purchase is necessary! XD I hope this helped.

That's pretty nice. A while back I did the same thing. I drew a steel, bug, rock, and ghost one. Should show ya' sometime. [they is crap though.... did them in j. high]

Yay, Eevee is cute. I like the wings and her expression. On the wings I like the top part (where you did ^^^^^^^, I think that makes sense, right lol). Also, nice job on the tail
