Description
Okay, the first one was kind of bad. It was mostly just the original background with some Photoshop filter called "posterize". This new one is mostly traced from the original, but the only thing I didn't draw is the water from Angel Island Zone. The whale island is traced from the fan game "Sonic the Hedgehog Tribute." Fun fact: looking at Google Earth, I found that the island (not the whale-shaped one lol) might actually be a picture of Christmas Island, Australia. The smaller island behind it, however, might be edited in. Fun fact 2: I only actually drew one cloud. I just copied and pasted that same cloud a bunch and then warped it and distorted it.
