Now that's a good habit to have Ericka. Wow, that sounds like a great idea, jump into a big pool of water. It was soooooo hot today, and the humidity was so high i know how steamed rice feels. D:

oh me too! i worked with a guy once who bathed once a week, sometimes once every two weeks. He once wore the same shirt and clothes all week long.

Great idea~! But maybe momma elephant would understand and use her trunk to drench us with cool water on a hot day.

he's just nasty. D: It's every day for me, sometimes twice a day. XD i'm kind of a clean freak, i feel like i have to keep me, my house and ride clean, and i washed my propane truck, cleaned out the cab and armor-alled it today. And not only is it gonna rain today, we're under a tornado watch and moar storms are coming. And to think if i hadn't have done that it wouldn't have rained at all.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-16 11:50:09 +0000 UTC]

The weathermen here are great, at least on Channel 8. Troy Dungan is a legend around here, he recently retired but he's been on the job over 30 years and this guy named Pete stayed up all night long covering severe weather. And on another channel, one of my early crushes named Becky still looks good after all these years! XD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-16 23:14:39 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, we had a weatherman that did that once , but he doesnt work for that station anymore D:

My aunt actually ran into him while shopping once and she didnt realise who exactly he was, but she knew his face. While trying to figure that out he seen her looking at him so he said "Hi!" She then came up with the conclusion that they had went to school together (not right ) and had a whole big conversation with him. About a minute after they parted ways she remembered why he had looked so familiar. Ha! Things like that only happen to her

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-17 00:20:41 +0000 UTC]

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-17 00:37:16 +0000 UTC]

She also ran into the "Los Lonely Boys" at a gas station's subway. They were the band that did that "How Far is Heaven" song XD and again she had no idea who they were until they left!

I haven't met any online friends myself D:

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-17 01:03:41 +0000 UTC]

Yeah i know who Los Lonely Boys are, they're from TX. XD Yeah sometimes ppl look different irl than they do in pics, heck i may not recognize Kelly Clarkson or Avril Lavigne until after the fact myself.

Me, I saw Fantasia in New York, but she was giving an interview for that musical she was in...I also seen some guys that looked familiar from some MTV show I believe.

ANND i seen John Lennons old house....I wish i'd had time to hug the building XD *loves the beatles a bit too much*
oo wait..I also seen the Quick Stop while driving through new jersey but Jay and Silent bob were not there
Actually Cherry and I went to school together, our freshmen year we became best friends but then her parents got back together and she moved away :C

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-17 01:15:55 +0000 UTC]

They're well known around here, especially among the Latinos. XD wow, to think the closest i have come to seeing celebs is really when i passed by ex-Dallas Cowboy Deion Sanders' house, but i never seen or met him. XD
A Beatles fan eh? They're classics, and i kinda like the second CD from Panic at the Disco cause they have a Beatles-like sound. XD
Oh yeah that's right, i forgot. XD

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-18 22:57:55 +0000 UTC]

Yeah i'm sure that's how it'd go. i probably wouldn't know u if i saw u, then again i just might cause your self-portraits are so good. i don't mess with live journal yet, and i'm thinking about messing with Facebook but haven't got around to it.

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-19 01:53:38 +0000 UTC]

Every now and then I mess with facebook/livejournal...and even less Myspace! Nobody talks to me there like they do here so its sort of boring for me...it might help if any of my real life friends had one...ha XD but that will never happen!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-19 11:23:31 +0000 UTC]

yeah i haven't monkeyed with Myspace in a long time, there's too many weirdos there. D: i hear u there.....

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-19 14:10:42 +0000 UTC]

That's true, there are lots of weirdys on there and the other majority is a bunch of pre teen kids that aren't even old enough to have one XD

Its just too boring for me...most of my friends are more partial to facebook anyway

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-19 23:56:13 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-22 03:15:43 +0000 UTC]

lol yeah, they can be pretty violent in their youth

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-22 23:45:54 +0000 UTC]

guess some are, most i know are nonviolent types. But the same can be said of straight-edge people, there's adults like me, ppl who do it just as a "teen phase", some are vegetarian/vegan, some are violent and militant and still others are nonviolent.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-23 00:33:10 +0000 UTC]

thats very true but then there are the 13 year olds that say they're going to kill my cousin D:!!

The teen phased ones are so silly though XD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-23 01:15:58 +0000 UTC]

Yeah they are!.......XDDDDD

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

hedgiegirl In reply to binkybaby [2009-06-23 01:24:35 +0000 UTC]

XD lol

and then there are these college kids (I say kid...but they cant be much diff between them and I XD) that like to have protests just because they feel like protesting about something...anything...they just want a reason to scream about something!

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

binkybaby In reply to hedgiegirl [2009-06-23 01:49:04 +0000 UTC]

oh absolutely. XDDDDDD Always opinionated and wanting to protest about something. but i have no reason to talk, i often have the desire to scream about things myself. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! No not really, but college tends to be a hotbed of protest, i hear u there.
