A work-in-progress Microsoft Windows theme.Made suitable for only Microsoft Windows 9x and 2k.
No download link yet, it's a work in progress. Once it's done, A sta.sh link will be available.Β
Please don't steal.
EDIT: Icons will remain the same. But the sounds will be changed.
I found out that you really canΒ save the themes. (a la Microsoft Plus)
