A book apparently so simple and has had such a deep impact worldwide! being a pilot, Mr. Bach surely compenetrates with the joy of flight and gives us such a wonderful vision of it! Have you read "Biplane", for instance?

Mine, actually, is acolombian subspecies of sparrow: Zonotrichia capensis, we call them 'copetones' by their crests. I grew in Bogota, where they are really common and beloved.

Once I surprised a bunch of them twisting and turning over the plastic tiles of my garage's roof. I was sick scared, thinking they had been poisoned or something... they were enjoying the warmness of the tiles!
