It's the third uniform for Allen, which is red and black...the borders are red. It never showed in the anime...well it did at the end of the anime but yeah it's their Third Uniform.

I would hope you were happy with the end product because, honestly, every time I look at this picture it makes me smile at how well done this ended up! I can only hope I'm half as amazing as a cosplayer. It's too bad the sword won't come with you to the US...But I DEFINATELY understand. XD; That would be a nightmare to try and get to the states. o___o;
