What can I say if not "beautiful"? The long fur is drawn in a great way, and I know it's hard to do. It's also moved by the wind, and you perfectly manage to give the impression of dynamism, I can almost feel the wind on my skin... The only tiny suggestion that I could give is that the fur on the back of the neck looks a bit too static, as if wind couldn't reach that spot. But it's a minor detail.
I also love the color, or better, the absence of color. The different tonalities of grey give a "noir" expression to the whole picture, with only three threads of color. I personally think it would be even more "impressive" to use color only for the blue eyes, but that's only an opinion. This noir atmosphere is underlined and denied at the same time by the expression of the character: thoughtful (I wonder what he/she is thinking), but I can see a smile on her face, but not too big, in order not to ruin the noir atmosphere.
Have you ever seen the movie "Sin City", or played the game "Max Payne"? It reminds me of them, a little bit (excluding the gore part, of course).
