I´m fascinated by Tolkien´s concept that there are various kinds of orcs, because of selective breeding done by Sauron (uruks as soldiers, snaga as slaves, etc), natural evolution (goblins living in the underground for generations) and intermingling between them.
Therefore orcs are just as diverse in their looks as humans if not even more so.

She looks both orcish and beautiful. I must say however, she looks very human compared to the deformed, ravaged monstrosities we have previously seen like Gorbag, Gothmog or Shaku.

Yea but those are also artist interpretations. I envision Gothmog, Shagrat, and Grishnakh from the books much differently than the films.

True. Tolkien actually gave little explicit descriptions on orcish looks beyond "dark-skinned, long arms, often bowlegged, usually shorter than humans". The idea that orcs look like the cannibals from "The Hills have Eyes" is entirely made up by the movie artists.

Maybe i said it before, but your work is absolutetly wonderful. You are almost worthy to pass on as Tolkiens successor. The master himself can not be reached, that is true. But you have thought your story well, you have taken the facts of Lord of the rings and created your own story. It is so Tolkien like what you have done and to be honest, you deserve your own movie with this masterpiece.
