Description
We'll be meeting these guys as kids and adolescence in Splint. Really, I think there are more baalak than this in the story, but I wanted to keep to main characters.Don't suspect anything because of placement. Most of these kids are related anyhow.
I work under the assumption that orcs and men are different breeds of human, so the amount of orcish vs. mannish features is really up to chance.
(Height wise, I think this is a little off. Unless Geth and Amani are standing on the tribe's only milk crate.)

I know only baalak got space in this one, but I hope to see what teenage Gruk will look like.
Am I correct in thinking that the nose rings that Vishal, Indira, and Yash wear are a family thing? Two of the mothers have them; are they sisters? Or is that just a style in the tribe? Because other orcs have nose rings, but these look like a set.
Amani clearly has her father's eyes. This makes me wonder if the kids are grouped just as their parents are, which would leave Indira as the only one in doubt. I'm guessing Bogdish's kid.

They're all so gorgeous! You really draw attention to your theory here, that mixing the races is like rolling the dice as to what features will come out the strongest. And especially, I can see some aspects of the parents (or I'm just biased!) in the ones I'm most familiar with. Dera looks like her mom, Geth like his dad. Amani most resembles her mom, but has her daddy's eyes. I'll have to revisit the parents drawing and see who the other folks look like.
Love Vishal's rugged good looks, and Rishi looks like a mischievous scamp. Is Indira the 'mom' of the group, making sure the rest of them don't get up to no good?

Baalak? I guess that term is used for a half orc? It's of your creation for splint-bassed stories, or it is to be found in the tolkien orc language?

Baalak is from one of the online black speech constructed languages (there are several that have ben created by various groups over the years. I use three of them to construct the various orcish dialects in my verse: Svarstika, Shadowlandian, Land of Shadow.
