I'm currently exhibiting a few pieces at the annual exhibition of the TWASI Wildlife Art Society. I have been informed that one of my paintings has been awarded the Bronze Citation at this exhibition! I feel very humbled! A big congrats to all the winners x
The exhibition is shown until the 31st of May at the 'Nature in Art' museum in Gloucestershire/UK. If you are in the area, have a look. The exhibition is free of charge. I will be there on the 31st from about lunchtime, if any of you like to catch up.

Give it a try, it's actually fun to see what works and what doesn't... I love mixing media of all sort. If I don't like it, it can always be used as under drawing and be painted over with acrylic or oil.

It's hard to express how much I love this piece of art! It is so astonishing!
I am literally speechless.
Those thick strokes of the brush are great and bring so much movement to the painting. The details of the owl are perfect, they bring attention to the main parts. I also like the lightening, it makes the owl look more dangerous.

I'm glad you didn't leave it that way. It was also very good, but this one is marvellous. It's much more expressive with this dark blue spot behind the owl and with stronger details and shadows.
