Description They always call the State Alchemists 'Dogs of the Military' and it gave me an idea for some fan art

Alex Louis Armstrong is a large Boxer-type dog (strong, huge, scary looking dogs that are really big softies!), Roy Mustang is a German Shepherd (they seem very military and loyal dogs to me, but can be rather vicious) and Ed is some sort of Terrier (vertically challenged, short tempered, noisy little dogs - maybe he could be a yorkshire terrier, they're tiny!)

Funny you say that, I made him a Great Dane/Mastiff cross. His Father is a Mastiff (being large and stocky) and mother a Dane (tall and regal).
Danes have the same personalities as Armstrong, being very big and strong, but very gentle with good temperaments. Mastiffs are loyal, calm and affectionate.
Olivia and Catherine both look more like Danes, whereas Armstrong looks more Mastiff ^^
